I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar is stunning and offers beautiful views. However, the state of the room was disappointing—the size and amenities did not match the price I paid. The service was adequate, but there were some noticeable gaps which could be improved. Overall, I left feeling that it didn’t quite meet my expectations, especially given the cost of the stay.
